Aileen is the new local dullahan of Barroe in Ireland.
She is still very young for a dullahan and doesn't yet know the true ways of her kind. The last dullahan of Barroe left in search of his head when a banshee, who was in love with him, ran off with it. Aileen became his replacement.

Dullahans traditionally carry their heads around under one arm, but Aileen has a taste for human fashion and finds designer handbags much more accommodating.

Aileen communicates with people using an iPhone and sign language.

She doesn't allow people to see her head when she's not working. Her face looks like moulding cheese and her eyes are the size of saucers, blood red and dart around rapidly in their sockets. Very scary to look at. It also breaths fire!

Personality wize, Aileen is a typical dullahan. Easily angered and quick to deal out punishment. She is terrified of gold though, and will jump on her steed (turned into a scooter during the day) to flee from it.

Aileen weilds a whip made of human spine bones that she uses to lash out the eyes of those who see/or watch out for her when she is working. She also carries around alot of blood which she throws in the faces of those who are about to die. (She has many vampire friends who regulary come to her for a fix. She refuses to discuss where she sources it from.....most likely from those she has killed who see her.)

Aileen is looking for a place she can go to that has other special creatures like herself. She longs for something to do or somewhere to go during the day. A school to learn what she needs to know about the real world is exactly what she needs!
